Frequently Asked Questions

Should I re-negotiate my mortgage loan with the lender myself?

Yes and no. If you are only a few payments behind and your lender has not hired an attorney to begin the foreclosure process, you may be able to negotiate a work-out agreement yourself. If you are successful then you have saved yourself some cash that can be used to get caught up on your mortgage bills. If you are unsuccessful and don’t have something worked out within 1 to 2 weeks, then it’s clear that your lender is not serious about negotiating with you directly. If this is the case, contact us or apply on-line today.

Our loan modification specialists will step you through a work-out agreement with your lender. We ask that you direct any calls from your lender to your case officer so that we can negotiate on your behalf.

Can you help me improve my credit rating?

We do not offer credit repair services. We recommend you seek a credit repair firm. Currently the best thing to help your credit is to avoid a home foreclosure.

How do I know your company is not a scam?

As a loss mitigation company, our purpose is not to buy your home or take the title of your home. That is surely a red flag. We negotiate mortgage terms for the homeowner that will prevent a foreclosure. These new terms are established through a mortgage loan modification.
